We will also ensure a 90% first time fix - our engineers will carry the right parts to enable them to fix your machine on their first visit 9 times out of 10 over your contract period.
Photocopier Call Procedure A minimum call procedure is carried out at every service visit. This ensures that not only is copy quality checked but the machine is cleaned and all high mortality parts are checked and replaced as necessary, thus ensuring reliability and consistent high performance. Easy Change Should your needs change, Sharpline Solutions Ltd will recognise the need for flexibility by adjusting volumes and renegotiating prices accordingly for the balance of the period to reflect more closely the customers requirements, or where relevant, providing the addition of further equipment by varying the price or term of the existing agreement or by making a co-terminus agreement. Our Comprehensive Service Cover Includes All spare parts, labour, preventative and routine maintenance plus toner. Staples, paper and network support excluded. Optional Network Support Contract We provide the first 90 days network support free of charge thereafter an optional contract is available to provide support for networking issues relating to printing, scanning and electronic faxing. |
